End-to-end clinic and home follow-up

This uses separate clinician and owner accounts. Use a test clinic, Luna and Example Owner A without changing real care.

1. Owner accepts the correct clinic invitation and checks household scope.
2. Submit an appointment request, completing or skipping an offered assessment.
3. Clinic reviews and approves a valid slot/clinician; owner calendar should show current outcome.
4. Clinic records examination, appropriate diagnostics/treatment and offered home tasks. Signing, visibility and sharing are separate.
5. Owner opens the correct pet, summary and shared record in Health, without expecting clinical drafts.
6. Complete an eligible home task and verify progress; use offered undo for an incorrect mark.
7. Clinic refreshes follow-up/task status. Home marking is not the same as clinical administration.
8. Owner reads financial history; clinic handles collections.

Expected result and failure

Both clients agree on patient/appointment identity, eligible shared content and task outcome. For missing reports, check pet, connection, confirmation/visibility and expiry. Creating another examination or pet does not solve access.
