Review reminder deliveries
Find the delivery result in reminders and delivery logs.

Starting route: /reminders
- In Reminders, find the record with search, type, status, and date filters.
- Switch to Delivery Logs at the top; the route becomes
/reminders/logs. - Narrow results by channel, delivery status, error reason, reminder type, or date range. Search and refresh the list if needed.
- Selecting an appointment delivery opens its related reminder detail. Selecting a vaccine delivery takes you to vaccine reminders.
- For a failed delivery, inspect the row's reason alongside the reminder's status; check the current record again before assuming its state changed.

Approval, attempt and delivery
Approval, send attempt, provider acceptance and delivery are different stages. A successful send does not prove the owner read it. Channel and plan allowances can result in different delivery paths.
Review recipient, time, failure reason and latest attempt together. Open the originating appointment/vaccine before repeating an approval. See tasks and reminders.
