Set up a new clinic

Sign-in and code errors, setup details and joining by invitation have separate task guides.

If setup is incomplete after sign-in, follow /setup. Visible steps depend on account state; an established clinic need not repeat them.

  1. Profile: Review name, contact and professional information. Complete offered verification.
  2. Clinic: Enter the correct clinic identity, location/contact and requested business information.
  3. Plan: Choose the on-screen plan for your usage and team. Review pricing, seats and payment summary before approval.
  4. Team: Prepare invitations with correct phones and plans. Use an offered skip option if you will complete this later.
  5. Summary/payment: Review selections. Wait for pending payment to finalize; checkout return alone does not prove success.
  6. Data import: Map and validate old records using CSV import, or use the offered skip option.

Follow displayed missing-information, payment or support directions if blocked. After setup, use team/settings to revisit profiles, schedules and preferences.

Join an existing team

Confirm the invitation's clinic, sign in and complete acceptance. Learn workflows for your role; administrators can see menus unavailable to you. Plan seats and action permissions differ. Correct a wrong clinic context before creating new records.

First daily workflow

  1. Customer/patient: Search first; use create patient to establish the owner relationship when absent.
  2. Appointment: Create an appointment and check time and veterinarian.
  3. Check-in/examination: Follow a clinic visit, fill SOAP and inspect its state.
  4. Administration: Add treatment/vaccine records where needed. Planning is not actual administration.
  5. Sale/collection: Verify product/service items. Saving a sale differs from collecting payment.
  6. Report/follow-up: Share verified records, arrange follow-up/tasks and inspect delivery outcomes.

Use only an assigned example environment and synthetic data for practice. Do not create “test” payments or administrations in a real clinic.

/inventory/products is a Platform route; /en/docs/management/products-and-stock is a guide on this site. [fp] is a placeholder for an actual record identity, not a literal value.

Details can open as full pages or dialogs. Menus/actions depend on role, plan and state. See troubleshooting and screen directory.
