Clinic team, schedules, and settings
Invitations, roles, schedules, and personal versus clinic settings.
Platform · Last verified:
Clinic managers control team access and clinic settings. Visibility depends on role/enabled features. Distinguish your personal preferences from clinic-wide settings.
Members and invitations
Find a member in Clinic Management. Details offer profile, analytics, clinics, permissions, and schedule according to access. Manage invitations/seats through Billing → Plan and team.
In Invite user, review identity/phone and assigned plan. A pending invitation is not an accepted membership. Read effects before editing/cancelling an invitation or removing a member.
Roles and permissions
- Find a role in Permissions/Roles or open permitted creation.
- Choose role name and task access; viewing, creating, editing, deleting and signing differ.
- Save and verify member assignment and per-person access.
- Deleting a custom role can require a fallback role; system roles cannot use ordinary deletion. Role names or staffing capabilities do not grant access alone.
Assign/edit eligible roles in Permissions. Viewing, editing, signing, deleting, and reading financial information can require distinct access. Knowing a route does not grant it.
Check updated access afterwards. For unavailable actions, review role, record state, and features; do not work around them through another record/clinic context.
Shifts and exceptions
Choose staff/day and use ordinary shifts, recurrence or date-specific exceptions. Leave/off types may request reason instead of start/end time. Confirm whether an edit affects one recurring day or future occurrences; verify person/day after dragging. Refresh a stale calendar after successful saving rather than creating the same shift again. Planned overtime is not actual attendance/payroll.
Review user, date/range, and shift in the schedule workspace. Use offered exceptions for holidays or changed hours. A user's calendar view is not itself a shift editor.
Shifts, clinic hours, and existing appointments affect availability together. A shift does not prove every hour has a free appointment slot.
Personal and clinic settings
The header's Settings dialog contains account preferences such as general, notifications, Veti, signature, and security. Clinic Settings covers clinic profile, communication/location, workflow, notifications, and billing identity.
Check the target of language, timezone, notification, and signature changes. Clinic subscription billing identity differs from a customer's sale invoice details.

Personal account/signature/sessions and clinic settings provide details. If seat purchase succeeds but invitation creation fails, verify acquired capacity and retry only the invitation, not the purchase.
