Clinic settings and billing identity
Save clinic profile, workflow and charge-ready billing information in the right scope.

Start in Clinic Management → Clinic Settings. Profile, contact/location, workflow, notifications and billing profile are separate sections. Use personal settings for your own preferences.
Sections and fields

- Choose the owning section.
- Edit intended fields, distinguishing empty optional values and reverting a draft.
- Verify current values after Save; retain draft/field feedback on failure.
- Read an offered Revert action's unsaved-draft effect; it is not reversal of an earlier successful write.
Timezone affects calendar/clinical presentation. Currency changes require management access; historical different-currency amounts are not automatically converted. A backend field does not prove an editable control; do not invent absent booking fields in this form.
Shortage policy
Blocking insufficient-stock work and tracking unallocated consumption differ. Eligible policy changes require warning/confirmation. Switching back to blocking does not clear existing shortages; reconciliation is separate. Evaluate offered expired-sub-unit policy against actual clinic policy.
Billing readiness
Billing address is separate from physical location. Wait for country/business requirements and complete city/region/postal/tax fields. Do not misclassify legacy tax data under another type.
Distinguish incomplete, synchronizing, failed synchronization and ready. Correct a targeted missing field and return to the current payment preview instead of starting another charge. The customer's billing profile is not this subscription profile. Billing.
