Review invoice rows and recover a draft
Handle product matching, costs, locations and failed import recovery.

Read the document through invoice stock intake. OCR provides suggestions to verify against the invoice; matching names/content are not conclusive identity.

- Replace an incorrect match with the intended existing candidate or complete a new product.
- Inspect exact/strong-similarity feedback; new creation is not updating an existing product.
- For a new vaccine, complete required catalog/package/sub-unit/category data.
- Compare suggested/remembered location with the physical shelf; read manual-choice summary.
- Resolve row preflight issues; a successful preview must match current choices.
- Verify final import state and product batch/location/movement.
Bonus and identical lines
A purely bonus row may have zero purchase cost. For paid-plus-bonus delivery, inspect total quantity and allocated cost. Identical content does not prove OCR duplication; do not remove genuine repeated delivery lines. An already-imported warning requires inspecting the completed result rather than writing again.
Drafts, conflicts and retry
Continue an editable draft from Import History; opening it does not rerun OCR. If closing reports save failure, complete save/retry. Reload and compare current draft on another editor's conflict.
After a lost final response, check whether history is completed. If so use View Stock, not a second invoice intake. Correct only affected missing fields/inactive locations and obtain current preflight before retrying.
