Veti

Use Veti

Product questions, clinical record reads, action proposals and useful question examples.

Platform · VetConnect · Last verified:

Veti can explain Vetigen, inspect clinic information you may access, and prepare supported operations. Your role and plan govern availability. Start from Veti (/veti) or a record's Veti entry in Platform, or the Veti screen in VetConnect.

First conversation

  1. Open a conversation and check any selected patient or record context.
  2. State your goal and application: “How do I assign a vaccine program in Platform?”
  3. For real record questions, identify the patient, period and expected result. Confirm identity when names overlap.
  4. Distinguish an explanation from an executed operation. Preparing a proposal does not mean it was saved.

Examples:

  • “How do I open an examination in VetConnect?” — product guidance.
  • “Summarize this patient's latest examination.” — an authorized record read.
  • “Prepare tomorrow's checkup appointment; ask before saving.” — action preparation.
  • “Explain collections, then show this customer's open balance.” — guidance and live data together.

Documentation sources

Capabilities and limits explains source/access boundaries; history and recovery covers queue, background work and uncertainty.

For product questions, Veti can search and read documentation for the requested language and application. Source links point to pages actually read. A guide is not current patient evidence or action permission. Platform instructions may use different mobile navigation.

If a guide or publication is unavailable, Veti should state that limitation. Clarify the application, screen and goal when the answer is insufficient; do not assume an undocumented feature exists.

Read answers and action status

Search/read activities show the work being performed. The final response can include a summary, limitations and operation results. Open its links to read the full guide. Action review and Full Access explains record-changing requests.

Start another conversation for a different task. Before repeating a request, inspect the earlier result. A disconnected conversation does not prove an operation failed.

Clinical helpers and usage

SOAP Writer, Analyzer, epicrisis and dictation have distinct purposes within examinations. A veterinarian checks their output; AI text is not a signature or administration record. Inspect allowance and renewal under Veti usage. See subscription and usage.

If unavailable, check access, plan, allowance and connection. See troubleshooting.
