Review proposals and Full Access

Inspect prepared changes, approve or reject them and verify execution results.

“How do I create an appointment?” requests guidance. “Create tomorrow's appointment for this patient” requests a record change. Veti may first read actual records and options; reading documentation grants no write permission.

Review an operation

  1. Specify patient/customer, date/time, veterinarian, quantity and intent.
  2. Inspect the proposal card's target, changed fields and summary.
  3. Do not approve incorrect or incomplete details; correct the request or reject it.
  4. Use the card's approval action when appropriate. A conversational “OK” may not replace its actual approval control.
  5. Read the execution result and open the record to verify its state.

Another user may change the record while approval is pending. For stale/conflict warnings, read current data and prepare a new proposal instead of repeatedly approving the old one. Unsupported actions should not use a generic write path.

What Full Access changes

Veti does not sign examinations; signing is completed by the clinician in the clinical interface. Full Access does not change this boundary.

Full Access is a conversation setting that allows some eligible, supported operations to proceed without a separate proposal approval each time. It does not remove clinic role restrictions; signing, financial and other protected actions retain their own conditions. Do not assume every operation becomes automatic.

Clarify targets and scope before enabling it. Request a specific operation rather than “complete everything missing.” Changing the mode does not itself change a failed or pending operation's outcome.

Cancellation, errors and retries

Rejecting a proposal prevents its prepared change. Stopping a conversation does not undo an already committed action. Read error details and, after a network interruption, inspect the actual record first.

For stock, payments, returns and clinical actions, compare the successful result with current values. “Prepared” and “executed” mean different things. Consult operation history if necessary. See stock and money and Veti issues.
