Veti and signed-record issues
Missing guidance, wrong application, pending proposals, AI review and signed-record corrections.

Veti describes the wrong screen
Name the application: Platform, VetConnect or owner-facing PetConnect. Instead of “How do vaccines work?” ask “Where do I record administration of this patient's scheduled vaccine in VetConnect?” Open the source and check its application scope.
If documentation is missing or unreadable, do not ask Veti to invent steps. Use the screen directory or mobile guide. A guide link is not evidence of current patient state.
A proposal is pending or failed
Inspect its target and fields, then use approve or reject. Conversation text is not an execution receipt. For stale-data warnings, reread the record and prepare another proposal.
After disconnection, check current record and operation history before repeating the request. Full Access may change approval steps, while roles, supported actions and other conditions remain. See actions.
Writer review or dictation is stuck
Open the correct examination and inspect pending review and connection state. Do not accept partial output in bulk; use available recovery/retry for the same review. Check dictation microphone access and language, then wait for provisional text to finalize. Accepting text and saving it may be separate steps.
Verify drug names, doses, units, dates and negative findings. For allowance warnings, inspect remaining usage and renewal. See clinical assistants.
A signed record cannot be edited
Signed/imported SOAP is not directly editable like a draft. Where permitted, use Reopen, review the reason and new revision, and then follow the correction flow. Earlier share links may be revoked by reopening; signing again does not automatically revive them.
Check required fields, registered veterinarian status and related actions before signing. Distinguish recommended-field warnings from required-field failures. See SOAP.
When to contact support
For repeated failures, provide application, examination/conversation context, time and visible error through a secure support channel. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Editing answer text does not reverse a recorded financial or clinical operation.
