Import, stock and payment issues

Import errors or skipped rows
Find the file, row and field named by the error. For “Owner not found,” compare the reference with the customer name. Complete value mappings for unknown taxonomy or vaccine names rather than assigning arbitrary replacements.
Inspect date previews, phone country codes and duplicate patient names under one owner. Imported and file-row counts can differ because some records were skipped; read result reasons. If disconnected, check progress first. See CSV import.
Stock quantities differ
Separate packages, base units and opened packages. A box and its doses are different counts. Match product, batch, location and movement date. Use shortage reconciliation rather than creating the catalog product again.
Planning medication/vaccination does not consume stock. Administration, sales and returns can create different movements. Check the latest movement; recording the same administration again can worsen the difference. See stock and money.
Customer balances or returns differ
Sale totals, open debt, collections and advances are different quantities. Inspect collection allocation and customer credit usage. A partial refund does not automatically remove all earlier collection. Check amount/item returns separately from physical stock restoration.
Open sale and account movements before repeating an action. Check currency, date and discount/VAT previews. See collections and returns.
Subscription payment is pending
Complete bank authentication and use Check payment status on the invoice screen. Returning from external checkout does not prove success. Inspect the current invoice before starting a second payment.
A subscription invoice is not a customer sale. Follow the payment/support options on a downgrade or restriction screen. See subscription.
