Read current record and stage first. Closing the app and recreating work is not a safe universal correction.
| Symptom | Check and continue |
|---|---|
| Examination cannot save | Writer review, required fields and dirty/saving/conflict state; use offered retry without losing text |
| Signing unavailable | Type/state, sign access, personal signature and pending saves/review; required-field failure is not force-sign |
| Another editor changed it | Read current revision; SOAP field choices differ from surgery reload |
| New result absent in old examination | Signed examination may open a pinned revision; new results do not rewrite signature content |
| Administration exists without sale | Clinical and commercial links differ; do not administer again |
| Bed unavailable | Current stay, room/capacity/maintenance and movement; do not create a second stay |
| Interrupted queue | Retry the same failed file content; upload, selection and linkage differ |
| PDF cannot open | Record/access/current document, network and export permission; do not recreate records |
| Device discovered but not activatable | Exact model/version/profile, computer and session-bound test result |
| Cortex offline/renewal required | Separate local service and clinic authorization; use same-clinic reauthorization |
| Desktop image does not open | Lock/clinic/version/preference and ready image identity; browser notifications differ |
| HBS window closes | Profile, expiry/cancel, app/OS and current outcome; do not move old requests across accounts |
Preserve evidence
Record the visible error and target. Use permitted draft recovery without exposing sensitive content publicly. Do not interpret uncertain payment, stock or administration as definite failure and repeat it.
Request help
Provide application/version, scope, record type, time and visible state. Omit passwords, OTP, connection keys and unnecessary raw patient/device content. Mobile files, Cortex, financial correction.
