Clinic connections, households and customer billing profiles
Distinguish access relationships, household sharing and billing information.

Connections, household and billing profiles in customer detail serve different purposes. Adding a billing profile creates neither a PetConnect connection nor household membership.
Connection requests
- Find the customer through a phone check or detail.
- Open the offered request for the intended person and review clinic/contact information.
- Send and follow its pending state. Where owner approval is required, sending is not acceptance.
- For a previously blocked connection, use the offered reconnection path. Recheck current connection and access.
Owners accept/reject requests and remove connections in PetConnect. Removal does not erase the patient's entire history; the clinic's visible scope may change.
Household view
Household in customer detail shows members and relationships. Viewing the list does not grant household administration. Creation, invitations, member removal and primary-role transfer belong to the owner's PetConnect flow. A household-scoped debt summary is not necessarily one customer's sale total.
Billing profiles
- Open Billing profiles in customer detail.
- In creation, choose individual/corporate type and complete title, tax/identity and address/contact information for the document recipient.
- Type is chosen during creation and locked for an existing profile. Do not enter a different type's identity into it.
- Save. If allowed, set the intended default; editing and deletion are separate actions.
- Recheck the selected profile during sale/invoice work. This customer profile is not the clinic's Vetigen subscription billing address.
Example: with personal and company profiles, choose the sale's actual recipient. A default choice does not automatically regenerate historical documents. On access/save errors, read the current profile and resolve field feedback. Clinic billing.
