A customer is the owner; a patient is the animal. One owner can have several patients. Creating a record and connecting a clinic to an existing identity are different actions.
- Create/edit customers: phone checks, country/identity, notes and profile locks.
- Patients and lifecycle: owner, identity, species/breed, editing, death and active state.
- Health profile: allergies, weight, vitals and history.
