Health calendar and records
Choose a day in Health and open appointment cards, care/vaccine markers and See all entries. Check clinic/pet/period filters. Recent activity is a preview; use the full paginated list for history.

Visibility depends on household, ownership, clinic connection and shared record state. Empty does not necessarily mean no records. Owners cannot reopen signed clinical records.
Complete a home task
- Open Treatments or a treatment plan in Health.
- Read active pet, plan, scheduled date, clinician instructions and task state.
- Use the offered home completion only after actually performing the task.
- Avoid repeated taps while pending; verify task state and plan progress afterward.
Completed tasks may remain in Today/This week/All according to their scheduled date. Skipped/cancelled tasks do not join the active list. Marking home care differs from clinical inpatient administration; consult the clinic before changing prescribed treatment.
Undo an incorrect completion
Undo completion is offered only under current eligibility. Completed status alone grants no undo permission; clinic-completed or otherwise restricted rows may have no action. Review pet/task in confirmation, undo and reread state/progress.
A failed request may restore the previous UI state. Refresh the actual result before another completion. Do not act from an old screen after the plan becomes inactive or changes.
Diagnostics and image previews
Read value, unit, reference interval, date and source clinic in laboratory/Cortex detail. Tap shared PNG previews to enlarge them when present. Both iOS and Android support these previews; they are not raw DICOM files or clinical image-editing tools. Missing previews leave available result/report content readable.
Reopen expired file/link content; request a fresh clinic share if access still fails. Check target application and recipient for native PDF sharing.
Post-visit summaries and reminders
Open an available post-visit summary from its visit/notification. Processing, ready and failed states differ; do not treat an unloaded summary as completed. Read explanations, follow-up and home tasks for the correct patient/period. Disabling notifications cancels neither treatment nor appointments.
Synthetic example
Complete today's offered home task in Luna's test plan. Verify it remains completed in the same date scope. If undo is offered, confirm and recheck progress. Switch pets and verify the old task is not presented as belonging to the newly selected pet.
