Select the relevant workspace from the menu. Reading a record does not grant price, payment or role changes. Stock and money explains common rules; these steps describe mobile entry points.
Catalog and inventory
- Search/filter Products or Services and open the record.
- In create/edit, follow the offered type, category, package, contents and sub-unit rules. Explicitly select active vaccine mappings for a new vaccine product.
- Read the gross/net input label. Mobile package stock/price forms offer gross input; legacy server and sub-unit fields can use a different axis. Do not copy a web net value into a mobile gross field.
- Use General, Pricing, Inventory and Opened Packages tabs according to access. Application, route-service and package prices are alternatives, not amounts to sum.
- Review quantity, location, lot and expiry when adding stock. Opened packages, closed packages and shortages have separate records/scopes; reread remaining quantities after correction.
Product edits may return a pending review; submitted content is not accepted catalog data. Clearing a clinic override returns to an applicable lower price source. Product detail may omit physical stock without inventory access. Catalog, inventory/locations.
Invoice OCR and recovery
Open invoice import, choose file/camera and wait for upload. After OCR, review each matched, new or excluded row. Ranking is not selection; Previous selection differs from your explicit manual choice. Incomplete catalog search may still allow manual selection.
Check each row's location. Product changes may replace an automatic location while explicit manual/bulk choices persist. Quantity, net purchase cost, purchase VAT and optional gross selling price are different fields. Blank VAT is unknown; explicit zero is zero. Package conversion for similar new products affects quantity and cost together; do not change quantity merely to match a total.
A durable OCR job can continue after closing. Reopen its task/history: wait for processing, or resume its review draft. Reprocess and resume differ. Already imported means do not add stock again. Invoice review.
Sales, payments and customer accounts
From Sales or the sale section in New Operation, check patient/customer, items, stock, quantity and gross amount. Administration dosage differs from sale quantity; clinical undo and removing a commercial row differ. Saving, completing a sale and taking payment have distinct outcomes.
Read debt, credit and net balance in customer detail. From Receivables, select the customer and review collection amount, method/date, debt allocation and any discount/attachment. Excess can remain credit; credit does not automatically offset every debt. Opening debt creates no sale or payment.
Reversing one payment, reversing a whole collection, returning goods and cancelling a sale affect different records. Use collection detail to reverse its owned allocation rather than independently reversing a payment row. After an ambiguous reply, inspect history/balance/the same sale before a second payment. Sale lifecycle, collections, accounts.
Team, roles and work schedule
Clinic Management → Users is a native list. Open a user to update work area, status and role; use the separate permissions screen to inspect access. If invitations, seats or checkout open the web, reread pending invitations and capacity after returning.
In Roles, review name, slug, description, color and permissions when creating a custom role. System and custom roles have different actions. Deletion requires a fallback role for affected users; review the resulting access before confirming.
In Work Schedule, choose staff and period. Check hours, off-days and recurrence scope in shifts, clinic schedule and exceptions. A planned shift proves neither attendance nor payroll payment. Team and schedule.
Settings, plans, expenses and analytics
Personal Settings covers profile, notifications, signature and sessions. Clinic Settings is separate; edit clinic information, timezone and workflow choices through its save flow. Billing covers the Vetigen subscription, separate from customer sales. Portfolio quantities, user plans and available seats differ.
In Expenses, choose estimated/final amounts, currency, expense/due dates and recurrence scope. Check balance after payment and history after reversal. For analytics, compare period, clinic currency, net/gross, collections/revenue and missing cost coverage. Data import hands off to web Platform; do not assume mobile CSV upload steps. Expenses, plans, import preparation.
Synthetic check
Read opening debt, a sale's balance and separate credit for a test customer. Inspect which debts the collection preview allocates to. Exit and reopen the same record; selection, balance and history should agree. Refresh current records before repeating a financial, role or inventory write.
