Combined collections, receipts and reversal
Allocate new money, credit and discounts to selected debts correctly.

Select the customer through open-balance collection. Sale and independent debt may share allocation; read their sources separately.
Prepare allocation
- Select included sales/debts; excluded debt does not close automatically.
- Enter actual new money and eligible tender method.
- Explicitly choose available customer credit; access can restrict this.
- Read an offered discount and its effect. Discount reduces debt, not new money.
- Wait for current preview and inspect sale debt, independent debt and created credit.
| Source/result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New money | Today's physical collection |
| Used credit | Existing available balance |
| Discount | Debt reduction, not funding |
| Created credit | Funding remaining after selected debts |
| Remaining debt | Amount left outstanding |
No selected debt can mean credit-only creation. Excess money may remain credit while other excluded debt exists. Correct credit/discount amounts exceeding eligible capacity; do not expect silent reduction.
Receipts and save
Select up to five JPEG/PNG/WebP/PDF files within 10 MiB each. Selection is not upload. Upload failure is not successful financial apply; retry missing files or remove them before continuing.
Review current Allocation / Transaction summary, then save. Inspect applied debts, credit/discount, remainder and receipts in detail. Credit/discount-only work must not invent a new cash method or sale payment.
Reversal and uncertainty
Confirm reason/allocation effects in an eligible settlement-reversal action. Review the whole settlement instead of separately reversing its linked discount. Standalone payment reversal is a different flow.
After a lost response, inspect account movements/settlement before recording the allocation again. Refresh stale preview after another user's changes. Example: debt 500 funded by new money 300 and credit 100 leaves 100 without discount.
