Vaccine, prescription and medication export workbooks
Select records, correct missing information and download eligible workbooks.
Platform · Last verified:
Use an offered regulatory export entry from vaccine/prescription lists, a single record or patient/customer detail. Downloading a workbook is not HBS connection or submission.
Scope and preflight
- Choose ATS vaccines, prescriptions or administered-medication records. Paper prescriptions are not a structured-export source.
- Check clinic date range for list/bulk scope. For a single record, verify the selected record instead of hiding it with unnecessary dates.
- Read ready, missing-information and ineligible counts.
- Open gaps grouped by patient/customer/product. Correcting one entity can affect several related rows.
Persistent or download-only correction
Persistent correction changes an authorized source record. A temporary value, explicitly applied, affects only the current download. Choosing one does not automatically save the other. Do not guess birth/identity/product facts; verify the record or ask the authorized person.
Temporary values cannot make ineligible or ambiguously classified products reportable. Read excluded-row reasons. After correction, review preflight again to identify the genuinely ready records.
Download and verify
- Review eligible scope/corrections and complete download.
- Check that the file opens with correct period/cohort and row count.
- Inspect offered vaccine/prescription and explanation sheets. Medication export may reuse the prescription template.
- For missing/unexpected rows, revisit scope/preflight; downloading again does not correct source data.
Example: with an identity gap across several records for one customer, verify whether the grouped correction is persistent or temporary. Success is an eligible downloaded workbook; external submission requires separate verification. Prescription formats, vaccines.
