New Operation: administration, summary and sale

Select patient work and verify administration and commercial results separately.

Platform · Last verified:

Start from Operations → New Operation or the patient/customer operation entry. Patient selection and a direct sale can offer different paths; select the correct patient for clinical work.

Operations

  1. Verify patient and visit time.
  2. Add the vaccine, medication, product or service rows. Choose the relevant planned vaccine; do not mistake existing administration for new work.
  3. Complete each row's product/service, actual quantity/dose/unit, route/site, stock source and price choices.
  4. Read units when selecting multiple items or package/sub-unit use. Dose and sale-item quantity are different fields.
  5. Resolve incomplete/invalid row feedback.

Summary and actual administration

In Summary, distinguish applied, ready and correction-required rows. Read stock movements and sale preview. A planned row, estimated price and saved sale amount are different outcomes. Use the offered apply action and verify actual administration/stock results. Do not restart already-applied rows.

Sale and Payment

Review product/service, price/discount/tax and patient in the embedded sale. Saving a sale and collection are separate results. A clinical administration does not prove payment.

Interrupted work or correction

Reopen current item state and operation history before retrying. Do not repeat a successful administration. The offered undo/correction handles clinical/stock effects; inspect payments/returns through their financial flows. Do not hide stock/pricing errors by merely changing the sale total.

Example: for Luna's checkup service and an existing planned administration, service charging, actual administration and stock result should be separately visible. Stock and money, treatment/administration.
