Flowboard, check-in and clinical history

Advance visits from check-in to closure and read history in the right scope.

Platform · Last verified:

Flowboard shows visits for the selected clinic day in Kanban, timeline or list. Appointment, examination, sale and visit states mean different things.

Check-in to closure

  1. Use the calendar appointment for a scheduled visit. For a walk-in, use check-in from patient detail; do not duplicate the same visit.
  2. Open the card and verify patient/owner, date and assignment. Record arrival through check-in.
  3. Check patient and SOAP linkage when entering examination. If absent, complete the offered creation path.
  4. Perform care/administration through its clinical records. Moving a card does not administer medication.
  5. In checkout-pending work, open the linked sale. Reuse the existing sale when offered, or review items in the provided creation flow.
  6. Verify examination, charges and follow-up before using an eligible closure action.

The card body opens detail; use the offered drag handle. Only allowed forward transitions work. Past-date/closed/cancelled cards cannot be dragged. Cancellation does not automatically reverse completed work or external money; read confirmation/reason.

Two histories

Open clinical history shows accessible examination, vaccine, treatment, prescription, administration, vital, allergy, hospitalization, diagnostic and surgery history for this patient. Choose category/period and open the source; do not record old findings as today's examination.

/clinic-log is daily visit history: review examinations, sales and vaccines by clinic day/hour. Daily totals can differ from loaded row counts; read hour/period filters and coverage.

Example: after Luna's examination, open the sale and check remaining debt. A closed card does not prove payment. Clinic visit, collection.
