Examination and related records
Open an examination record from patient details or the /soap list. Signed records may not allow edits to clinical content. Find prescriptions, treatment plans, vaccines, and diagnostics in the related patient detail tabs. Use Share SOAP, SOAP Preview, and All SOAP Records for sharing, preview, and visit history.
/reports/shares shows the clinic's share history. /shared/[token] is the report page a recipient opens through the link given to them; do not copy the link identifier or report content into a public place.
Diagnostic studies
List diagnostic studies and open their details on /cortex/diagnostics. Available actions depend on your role and enabled clinic features.
/cortex/imaging-orders lists imaging orders by status. New Imaging Order opens the order dialog if permitted. Selecting a row opens /cortex/diagnostics/[fp]. In diagnostic detail, Overview and History are present; Results, Media, or AI Analysis appear according to the study. Confirm and Cancel ask for confirmation; Request AI Analysis and Print depend on record state and access.
Full-page clinical details
A clinical record selected from a list or patient detail can open in a dialog or, when available, at the [fp] full-page route above. [fp] stands for the actual record identifier in its link; typing that placeholder into the route will not open a record.

Check the patient and record state before editing. Signing, cancellation, or deletion may request an additional confirmation.
