Platform
Analytics screens report on the selected period and filters. Visibility and available actions depend on your role.

/analytics/customer | New and returning customers, total customers, revenue, and customer trends. |
/analytics/inventory | Stock value, consumption, restocking, waste, shortages, and category breakdowns. |
/analytics/staff | Staff appointments, sales, examinations, and activity trend. |
Reading a report
Choose the date range and period detail at the top, then wait for cards and charts to reload. Area cards on /analytics/overview lead to the corresponding analytics page. Chart titles indicate the metric being shown; the same number in another screen may cover a different period or scope. Where a chart offers a download control, you can export it.
To change a record, use its working page in the screen directory: sales are at /sales, while products and stock are at /inventory/products and /inventory/overview.
